Holy heck…this was so good and the audio is amazing! Performed in duet by Andi Eloise and Joe Arden and it is so FREAKING good! They did a phenomenal job at narrating this book and I listened to it in a day!

Dax can force me into submission any day of the week….sheesh I’d willing drop to my knees! The spice in this book is so dang delicious and I love how fierce Alaina is too! She’s not making it easy for Dax and I love that! The banter is chef’s kiss and I’m here for it.

I cannot wait for the audio of the next book….and will be anxiously waiting for it!

Come for Me by C.J. Sweet is an absolute gem that had me hooked from the first chapter. I listened to the audiobook, and let me just say—Joe Arden and Andi Eloise are a narration dream team! Their chemistry brought Dax and Alaina to life with such intensity and heart. Joe’s growly, possessive alpha werewolf vibes were perfection, and Andi infused Alaina with sass and vulnerability that made me root for her every step of the way. The duet narration made every scene, from steamy to emotional, feel like a movie playing in my head.
The story itself is a wild ride. The fated mates trope, mixed with wolf shifters, vampires, and a delicious enemies-to-lovers dynamic, kept me glued to my headphones. Alaina’s struggle between her heart and her soul’s pull toward Dax is so well-written, and the tension between them is electric. the balance of plot, spice, and world-building, creating a richly imagined world that I didn’t want to leave. The banter is sharp, the steam is scorching (that shock collar scene—whew!), and the emotional depth surprised me in the best way.
My only gripe? That CLIFFHANGER. It’s brutal, gut-wrenching, and left me desperate for book two. But honestly, it’s a testament to how invested I was in these characters. Even with that ending, I’m giving Come for Me a glowing 5 stars for its unforgettable story and stellar narration. If you love dark, spicy fantasy romance with alpha energy and fierce heroines, this is a must-listen.
