All the characters shone right up to the end. So, no let downs. Enjoyed the relationships s an how they intertwined throughout.

Just amazing, incredible. Ydrene is my favorite character I think. FOR US. IYKYK. That last sentence.. oh man. Everything about this book was so good!

Hmmm 🤔 maybe?

I read the first two books back to back by had to wait for this addition. So when the book started I had a pull myself back to the story because it starts right in from the last page of the second book with no recap or reminders.
Eventually I remembered enough to keep going but it was a nothing really pulled me in. I think if you read this series you have to read one after another. For me I won’t be continuing.
I did love the voice actors for this book and really liked that someone that’s mated can find love again.

Good story, Antonio Palmini did a very poor job though, such a disappointment!

This was a solid continuation of the story and there were several really strong moments that stood out to me. Even though I didn’t love it as much as the previous book, I still enjoyed the journey and the emotional depth of certain scenes. I’m very curious about the final book in the saga and especially about how Ferlina’s story will continue.

What significantly affected my overall experience, however, was the male narrator, Antonio Palmini. Unfortunately, he did a rather poor job, and I found his narration genuinely difficult to listen to. I would have much preferred the entire book to be narrated by the female narrator, who did an excellent job and really brought the story to life. His parts, in my opinion, took away from the overall impression of the audiobook. Nevertheless, Merrick remains my favorite MMC, and I’m still invested in the series.
