Real, Raw and Empowering

I’ve got to say, I have SO been looking forward to the release of this book! As a Therapist, I think this book utilizes some incredible tools to getting to the root of pain points that hold us back. We want our lives to move in a positive, forward direction, but often don’t know where to begin, and many times don’t have the best opinion of ourselves. This book is an invitation to shift out of that rut and be in alignment with your thoughts and decisions. There are actionable self coaching steps for the reader to achieve their destiny. It is as advertised a guide to learning how to be your own bestie. Listening to Misha read though all the stories and steps really helps give you the bestie feel and added bonus if his motivation for you. I love the accompanying PDF of the Journaling/self realization assignments so you have a hard copy to go back to rather then try to find the right chapter to listen to again. Overall great read for followers or anyone new.

I listened to this book over the course of two days. . while I was driving while I was crocheting. after I finished my bible studies. this book is amazing. I love that he does the voice. Misha is funny, absolutely adorable sweet kind and bit of a potty mouth. I can say this cause I am a 66 yr old Christian Nanna/MiMi. heard my share with 3 brothers and a son. I am waiting for my signed hard copy due weds. Misha you are such a breathe of fresh. air in a crazy world. Jesus, Coffee and Misha Brown was how I started my day at 5 am. thank you Misha. Great motivation

Misha Brown is a great speaker. He really gets you motivated. I love following him on social media. I had to buy the book to hear all his stories and recommendations. I really enjoyed this book. I highly recommend it.
