This has been useful to help me get to sleep many times. Lately I’ve been worrying a lot with the lock downs and the coronavirus threat and the uncertain financial future of everyone. I have been waking up worrying in the middle of the night. This has helped to soothe my thoughts, take my mind off my troubles and get me to sleep again.

This would be beneficial if not for the loud message from Audible at the very end!!! Just as I was falling asleep this very loud message woke me up. it's completely counter productive. Suggest purchasing this from another source.
