Hush, Delilah

On the surface, Delilah Reddick’s life looks perfect. Her husband is a pillar of the community, and with her as his quietly supportive wife, they appear to be the picture of success and happiness. But there are deep cracks in the foundation, dark secrets Delilah has never shared with anyone.

The story stopped why?!!? it had one or two more chapters before the end of the book and now I cannot find out about the ending because it stopped!!!

Realistically portrayed generational trauma. The narrration as great and the story was engaging. Really great for a free book! Satisfying ending.

The main character makes me so mad

Carmen was my favorite character and the main character was very aggravating. Slow, but a worthwhile read/listen.

Hidden Gem

This book started out heavy and depressing and I wasn’t sure if I would be able to get through a book full of this type of heavy. Let me just say that I’m so happy that I listened. This book and performance was amazing!! Well worth a credit.

I could relate to the story. I felt for the victim and urged her on while listening.
