I was looking for a book that clearly explains the why's behind high blood pressure (and alternative methods to lower it) in a way I could understand. The information in this book is clear, concise, and gets right to the point. I also enjoyed learning some new recipes that I know are heart healthy and are appetizing to me and my family.

This is the first book or advice that has ever actually worked to lower my pressure naturally. After following the advice of this author, in less than a month I only need to take half my medications.
