A template for a tempestuous time

John has done a great job with outlining a rubric to follow during a time of self growth after a break up. I listened to a day at a time without listening a head. Highly recommend if you feel directionless or metaphorically concussed after a break up.

The perfect post breakup book!

Loved it! Just went through a breakup, and I started this book as soon as it happened. It really supported me through this past month, like a best friend, to help me feel more secure in myself, remind me to be gentle with myself, and redefine and discover my authentic self on the other side!
