The content of the book covers basics about how to stay grounded and present. it helps the reader to be able to listen inwardly and follow the particular way that the inner wisdom guides each of us.
The narrator spoke clearly and her voice was like a robot. I didn't enjoy the narration. It's a worthy book for people suffering from trauma.

I like that the book lays out the principles of recovery in a very systematic way. A great deal of information, helpful exercises. Highly recommended for those pursuing a path of self-recovery or to ensure your therapy is taking the right direction.
