Put me to sleep

The story was actually pretty good, altho I figured it out early on. The problem was reader spoke so quietly & soothingly I kept falling asleep. I won’t read anything else that she reads.

Terrible narrator, lots of characters

Get a different narrator, she whispers her way through the book for the main character. Main character explores every possible solution except the obvious simple solution. Will try one more book in series.

I can't make it any further due to narrator

I think the story is great but I cannot get beyond the narrator. There's no way I can listen to it any farther. This is being returned and removed from my devices. I'm sorry to say because I really think the story probably had a lot that I would've enjoyed.
