Hello, friend. Welcome back to Blade's Rest!

Battles, quests, the end of the world—it can all be so draining sometimes. Why not escape into a story where fighting isn't the only way to level up?

Come to a place where you'll get a mug of tasty beer and a bowl of hearty winter stew to warm your belly. Relax in a tavern on a cozy winter evening with the gentle flames of a hearth flickering nearby.

Does that sound like what you need right now? If so, you came to the right place.

Josh and his fellow builders are expanding Blade's Rest with the dream of achieving "town" status one day. This means there's a lot of work to do, problems to solve, ales to savor, and pies to enjoy.

But as Josh discovers, the bigger your settlement, the bigger your headaches. Luckily, he's got two best friends who'll always help him, and a community of folks ready to lend a hand.

With a never-give-up attitude and a lot of hard work, he knows he can make Blade's Rest a thriving place. So why not put down your sword, pick up a crafting hammer, and join him in making Blade's Rest a haven for weary adventurers?

Difficulty set to Insane. I began to actively hate the injustice befalling our heroes. A very good show of character’s strength and faith. The sunshine after the storm is always brighter.
Great second effort to the first book.

Excellent! Again!

I was on the fence with this series after the first book. The second book sealed the deal. There is nothing this series does that sets it apart from others like it. The MC comes off as unintelligent and hard to root for. The writer needs to strongly work on making characters enjoyable and provide a better plot. Save your credit and look at another series. DO NOT BUY

MC is unlikeable moron.

I still like the book series for the main character's background. Instead of being transported or reincarnated into a fantasy universe, the main characters are gamers existing in the game world. This type of story is rare in this genre.

I still like it for the Main character 's background.

at twelve chapters in, all I can think is the mc is a idiot. the natural chapter dosnt care, and the hunter is only good in a fight. and any company that hired them for the job they are doing would fail alpha, beta, and be looking for someone to buy them or out of business. story started integuing but by 12, I just had to turn it off the stupidity, and illogical though process make the main characters more hated than routed for.

not that good...
