Best of the Best

So from the Sin Series, this book is my favorite. Because for me their real story begins in this book. The narrators were amazing as Blu and Sin. And the Australian accent was spot on.

THE PLAN WAS SIMPLE... BUT THEN LOVE TOOK OVER

Bleu grew up with one purpose, one goal.... to get revenge on the man who killed her Mother, her dog, changed her life and tried to kill her when she was just 7 yrs old. So she studied, practised and learned the necessary skills for her revenge and eventually joined the FBI to gain all the knowledge she could for her sole mission.... killing Thane Breckenridge the Scottish Leader of The Fellowship a renowned and vicious criminal gang. Her plan was simple - get close to his handsome son Sin and then kill his Father.... but slowly her well thought out plan fell apart because sexy Sin turned out to be far more of a distraction than she was expecting which drew her into his world and she just couldn't walk away. However, in the end, the decision was taken away from her and she had only one choice left...... run.

Once I started this I just couldn't stop as Bleu's plan slowly takes root and she becomes closer to Sin who, despite his reputation, is thoughtful, kind and a caring lover who proves, over and over again, his loyalty to Bleu and what he's willing to go through to keep her safe. There's intrigue, tension, bloodshed, passion and sex as the story builds to it's climactic cliffhanger ending.... and joy of joys all the books in this entertaining trilogy were released at the same time so no drawn out pauses, no waiting months and no forgetting bits of the story. So I'm eager to see where and how the story will continue and what impact the revelation will have on the two lovers.

Dual POV's but the narrators couldn't successfully pull off the opposite sex's voice so it takes a bit of effort to overlook this and just focus more on the entertaining and riveting story.

Worth a credit? Although this lost a star because of the awkward narration it's still a very creditworthy listen.

I love both the story and the narrators! The narrators did a FANTASTIC job with the accents and really brought the characters to life!

Good series, narration was ok

It took me awhile to get used to the strong Scottish accents from the various characters but overall I enjoyed the book.
