He's the man with the plans

But she's calling the shots

After escaping an abusive marriage, Sonya Rios-Martin is determined to live an independent life. The generous job offer from Taylor Williamson will help her do that. But her unexpectedly strong attraction to model-turned-project-engineer Taylor throws a wrench in her plans. Sonya and Taylor have to figure out how to build a solid foundation—without re-creating the cracks from her last devastating relationship.

The book may have been good but I could not get into it because of the narrator. The flow of the narration was not fluid, so as a result of that, I could not finish the book.

I wouldn't change a thing. I don't know what there is to say. Fifteen words is a lot. I just wanted to compliment the author.

it's an Amazing Story! I loved everything about the book and look forward to the next!

It was over half way through the book before I could get intrested in this story. I only kept listening because I purchased book 1 & 2. I hope book 2 is better. I really want my money back at this point.😒

l am not a fan of Patryce Williams aka Elyce Anthony's style of narrating. All those weird voice inflections she does interrupts flow of the story.
She puts emphasis on the wrong syllable of her words... that, along with all the mispronounced words is not only annoying, it is unpleasant to my ears. As for the storyline, l didn't like the way Sonya blew up at Taylor for misinterpreting what happened between her and Dominic. She was insisting that he trust her...but she wasn't woman enough to trust him with all the facts about her marriage. l was glad that her mother got her grown behind together. For those reason I honestly couldn't enjoy this book. And narrating under a different name Patryce/Elyce did not help one bit... the narrating was still bad.

The narration was extremely off putting.
