Ilked characters story is minimal.
Don’t worry bee happy book. Enjoyable but forgettable not a waste but won’t read again

Easy to listen to,,,good story…I enjoyed it…it kept my attention,… good historical novel

Never too late

I loved the characters in this story. It was easy to connect with the main characters because they represented the reality of the inner demons women and men wrestle with. However, my favorite part about them was their transparency and honesty.
Lesson- Never settle due to your age.

I enjoyed the progression of the story line. Childhood friends the loved across color lines. The acceptance of not only family but friends. It was nice to see woman being friends.
