Duet narration!

I really liked this book, the narrators and it was sooo much more enjoyable because it was duet. That’s actually why I ended up choosing it initially and couldn’t stop listening.

Domination

Only dislike was when the roles reversed at the end and he bowed to her. Not consistent with his persona throughout the whole book

The voice actors were amazing! Made me get into! I love the duet style the best

Well…

So…some of this is just pain cheesy and immature. There is some suspense and some well done spicy scenes as well. There is also a major **TW** here for sexual abuse. The narrators did a good job. But the dialog was just not all that believable many times. If the writer was going for a lite mafia rom com with some suspense then mission accomplished. That said, I’m not sure I’ll go on to other books in the series.
