Excellent Voice Performances, Fantastic World Building, Characters Beautifully Written, and Some Genious Twists

Hitting the pause button on this audio book was painful. I wanted to keep listening so badly that I thought about hiding in a dark corner somewhere until I was done. Both of the MC's were masterfully written and beautifully complimented by amazing side characters. The plot and world built was clear and fun. Dialog between characters was exceptional with a very well added bit of mind chatter. I loved this book and am shocked to my core that this book was a debut for this author based on how fantabulous it was.

I enjoyed the tarot card magic twist. Definitely something new there. Looking forward to more books in this series.

First 5 ⭐️ of 2026! What a ride. I enjoyed this so much, the duel Audio was perfection and that accent 🤤 Really impressed with her debut. I’m officially in a book hangover and deeply hope we get news on book 2!!! I love the relationships and growing found family. Betrayal is ripe and romance is true. Ugh just so good! Why did it have to end?! Wrecked me lots of crying. Looking forward to book 2, absolutely recommend! 🩵
