good information but the woman narrator sometimes sounded like a robot or snapdragon generated..very annoying at times

Very useful information and I was grateful for the insights from people that also lost a spouse. Took away a star because at the end it seemed to repeat information or the chapters at the end were abrigded as a review, unsure.
