Yasmine Hassani spends her days teaching female studies in Marrakech to women who want to leave a mark on their country. An arrogant Westerner storming into her office is highly unexpected and leaves Yasmine laughing off the absurdity of her claims. No one knows more about the history of the Templar Knights than Yasmine, and reluctantly intrigued, she agrees to help Levi.

But their search turns down one dead end after another, almost as if someone is working hard to keep old secrets buried. They’ll have to fight the Catholic Church, centuries of tradition, and their growing attraction for each other to uncover the mystery of the female Templar Knight.

One of Ali Vali's best stories yet

You can't go wrong with Ali Vali's books but I haven't loved all her audibles. This one was great though. Adventure and romance are a good combo for me. I liked all characters and enjoyed it all the way through.

Fun story with pleanty of gay

National Treasure with a lesbian romance. The premise of following clues to a lost treasure is unrealistic, as is the frankly absurd wealth of the mc's family, but its easy enough to look past as the characters are so likeable. Honestly would love to see a sequel to this some day, theres a bit of setup for one.

Amazing book!

Ali Vali wrote this incredible book. I enjoyed the characters and I think Yasmine Hassani and her sister & Levi Montbard and her family would be exciting to know. Adventure, mystery and romance: this book has it all. I read some people calling it having a Tomb Raider / The Da Vinci Code vibe and I completely agree. Paige McKinney is an excellent narrator and love the way she brings a story to life. I definitely recommend this book!

Great story, well performed

I really like this story. Adventure, secret societies chasing you down. An ultimate quest to reveal hidden truths, with an epic love story to boot. Great!!

Audio book is well done. Liked the narrator.
