Exciting Backdrop for New Beginnings

The romance was fast paced but cute… I enjoyed all of the complex characters and the development of the legal case, and all of the intertwined relationships. The tension of the case, the relationships and hurricane Katrina was palpable. The ending was cute but a bit cocky… I still loved listening to it and will enjoy it again. The narrator did a wonderful job with the different the Cajun accents. Some words were pronounced in a funny manner but to the point I did not want to continue listening…i highly recommend this story

Excellent audio!

I loved this Audible book. Second Season is a great story. Set in New Orleans with lots of strong capable women with a great cast of kids. Of course you have a slightly off kilter love interest to spice up the story. Lori Prince does an excellent job with the narration.

Southern sweet

I love that the 2 MC were the dame throughout the entire book. I love also that it was realistic enough to to keep me listening and the love between the ain't character was just everything I love about an HEA
