Healthy relationships require trust, intimacy, effective communication, and understanding. However, if you suffer from chronic anxiety, you may have trouble dealing with everyday conflicts and tensions that can arise in relationships. No matter how committed you are, anxiety can leave you feeling distanced from your partner. While not everything in this book was useful to me, it was amazing how many times it felt like she was speaking directly to me. I learned many useful tips and gained some important insight, most importantly that I’m not alone in these struggles and they’re normal when you have anxiety tendencies. I’ll definitely be referring to this book over and over in the future. The one negative for me though was the vocalist; her voice was much too robotic in my opinion and detracted from the effectiveness of the material.

Insightful and invaluable information
