He needs an heir. She can't give him one. But the mating bond doesn't care.

When Georgie takes on the job of planning the first-ever human-alien matchmaking soiree, it’s the perfect chance to prove herself and boost her event planning career. She even volunteers as one of the auctioned dates—never expecting to be whisked away from Earth by a blue-skinned warrior who thinks she's his perfect match.

Prince Arazhi came to Earth for one reason: find a human mate to carry his heir—no strings, no politics, no drama. But the woman he “buys” is anything but ordinary. Georgie is bold, defiant… and hiding a truth that could shatter his carefully laid plans. Now Arazhi must decide what matters more: duty to his people... or the fire she ignites in his soul.

A scorching hot sci-fi romance with a possessive alien prince, mating bonds that defy logic, and a heroine who rewrites the rules. For fans of fated mates, explosive chemistry, secrets that change everything, and a guaranteed happily ever after.

This book was pretty good and I did like the universe that was built around the characters. However, I would not spend a credit on it and instead pick it up during a sale (which is how I found it). The reason is because it is very short and at the end the author actually spends a few minutes providing all these interesting details of the alien species which could've easily been written into the main storyline. It ended up just disappointing me that such interesting ideas were left out and just added on the end credits as like an appendix.

Again, I liked the book and would recommend it, but only if it is on sale since it is so short.
