Mike is excellent at presenting the material. It is evident he is a public speaker as his delivery of the book was excellent

LIBERATING!!

I didn't realise how far I'd come on my journey back to myself after having listened to the audiobooks by Brene Brown and Debbie Ford, but this neat little addition to my audio library helped me see the fruits of my hard work! For me, listening to the wisdom herein was definitely a worthwhile effort. Along with the works of the aforementioned authors, I highly recommend this literary work also. Five stars!
