A serial killer is back?

Is a serial killer back? Why has it been 10 years since the last murder? I was intrigued by the forensic aspect of this story and how it helped find the culprit. This is my first time listening to Ms. Brunk. She brought the characters to life and listening made the story more enjoyable. I like listening to stories while I do other things. The author gave me a copy. This is my voluntary opinion.

well paced romantic suspense

I fell in love with Eva and John. The relationship seemed natural and organic. Another Melanie Snitker masterpiece. The narrator was good, but her female voice was so low it was confusing as to who was speaking.

Fantastic clean suspense and romance

I absolutely loved this book. It has everything you need in a book both romance, and suspense. I now plan to go and read the rest of this series! If you are looking for a new book or series to read and like clean suspenseful, romance stories , then this is the one you want to read next!

Great clean romantic suspense!

I really enjoyed this book. it's a great mix of romance, suspense and story. The suspense was just right for an enjoyable nighttime read. The narrator did a wonderful job as well. The story had good flow and it was clear which character was speaking. This was my second book from this series and the rest are now on my wishlist.

Part of a series but stands alone

Detective John Paris is investigating a murder possibly committed by a serial killer who has Medical Examiner, Genevieve “Eve” Marks as his next target. When she is shot at a crime scene, things begin to ramp up. They must work quickly to determine who is behind the killings. Filled with suspense, and the start of a relationship between John and Eve, this book will definitely hold your interest. I highly recommend reading it.
