it's ranks right up at the top, i've listened to all 4 in this series and Each is FANTASTIC!

Who was your favorite character and why?

I love THE HAMMER !!

What does Sean Mangan bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Sean's voice is excellent in this Genre. He enunciates well, Emotes and brings an element of suspense at just the right moment. I've bought other audiobooks precisely Because Sean was reading !

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes. i did want to listen to this book to the end. Thank goodness for bookmarks, right before i fall to sleep !!

My 4th Alex Hunter novel

but possibly my last. The action parts were great - the beginning and the last 3hrs but the middle section - 6hrs+ or so - moved very slowly for an Alex Hunter novel, in bits and spurts. Overall, not bad just a reminder I might be about done. Perhaps I’ll check out the Matt Kearn series first. I have enjoyed the earlier AH books and will probably reread/listen to them in the future. I like the performance by Sean Mangan.

As with all the other books in this series the author has a way of keeping you up past your bedtime 😊

I love following the characters in these books and have found it hard to put the audio book down. The mythos is amazing, no one is safe from the brutality and you can relate to problems the characters face, and even be critical and say, "WTF?". Great book.
