Great book

As a retired CPS Supervisor, I worked closely with lawyers, courts, victims & LEA. The gallows humor is spot on & makes me smile. Did not see the ending on this one. Well played.

Does this author have an Editor?

I'm on my 5 book in this series abd the storylines are excellent better than Grisham in a lot of respects but..every 3 word could be cut abd the story much better Crazy silly details, he said, she said, I said It's nuts 1st 3 books were free so this time o bought one Aw!!!! Same issues The Narrator is wonderful and I predict will be as good as Guidal in the future

A little slow at first, but WOW!

I felt this started a little slow, but I was addicted half way through. I liked the legal arguments, the dialogue and the story. A great read!

He just gets better

I can see the author’s growth as the series continues. He gets better with each book. I like each one more than the one before. I look forward to the next in the series.

Favorite so far

Loved the third book! More exciting and more unexpected twists than the first two books!
