I loved this. I loved that this was a friends to lovers but over a long period of time. I love that Bulldog never forgot the moment he fell for Red or the love he held for her. He’s protective and loving a real knight in shining armor. And Red deserves all his love. She’s been through so much in the 16yrs they were separated.

I think Elise is amazing at what she does and this book solidified that even more for me. She handled ptsd and SA in a way that was respectful for anyone who experienced something similar. She included therapy so those reading understood this was real and not a fairytale story. It was perfect. I can’t wait to listen to the next book.

Tear Jerker!!

Loved this book, one of the kids is named same as my daughter so it made it more for me, but this is one of the best emotional books I’ve listened to.
