Super creative & interesting story!

What a great narrative & characters. Loved it all! Worth the listen!
Great historical fiction piece.

Wholesome easy listen historical fiction

The story was easy to listen to, but the characters were a little shallow. I enjoyed the historical aspect of the plot. I would have enjoyed it more with a different narrator. Pilar did a good job with the Irish and Russian accents, but her annunciation sounded like overacting.

Very interesting story

I enjoyed hearing this historical fiction story. Not predictable. Did not realize how much prejudice there was against the Irish at that time.

Loved it from page one! I Hated to see it end. The characters are exciting and riveting.

The movement of the characters through the book was interesting. It was thought provoking, easy to follow along. The narrator had a superb delivery of the story.
