Jim and his friends are heroes, having closed the gate opened by a dark mana demon. As battered as they are, their work is nowhere near complete. It isn't just humans that can go insane, and saving the world doesn't mean there aren't other plots afoot that could destroy the Empire.

Now shipwrecked and with no knowledge of his location, Jim has to find a way to stop a threat even he has never seen before. An infection is spreading, something beyond anything even the gods warned him of, and the team must find a way to cut it out before it spreads. If they fail, the dead will assimilate everything in their path.

There's no way the heroes can risk holding back.

What the Buttnuggets is going on now?!? Jim is back and he’s kicking ass like never before!!! He just has to get rid of a bad case of crabs and a nasty infection that might lead to the end of his small quasi-bi-harem. But that’s a problem for after he gets out of the abandoned underground sex dungeons.

Combining cultivation with fighting the undead? Yes please! I loved the action, and the crafting.

Travis makes any book great

I enjoyed these books and would listen to more if there were any. of course Travis Baldree is amazing. Anytime I see he's doing the voice acting for a book I grab it. They were some good books but he made them great IMO 😁

whole I enjoyed the storyline , it was a little to quick for me. there was some crazy build up, but when the big boss battle came it was a bit lackluster. definitely will continue the series as the story was still good just felt like it was a little rushed
