I read the book and listened to the audiobook. I enjoyed the narrators in the audiobook. They did a great job bringing this story to life. I look forward to reading the next book in this series coming next year!
Such a great book!

Don’t get me wrong, I still really enjoyed this book, but I kept wondering where the holiday magic was. It definitely lacked the Christmas spark that we got in book one. That said, I still had a great time reading it.
I was not a fan of Ben in book one, but I absolutely loved his redemption arc here. Ben and Maddy are such a cute couple, and Ben being completely down bad for her was one of my favorite parts. He is not afraid to show how much he cares, which made their relationship really enjoyable to read.
I also loved getting to see what Beth and Foster are up to after book one, and the Easter eggs hinting at future books were a lot of fun. I am especially excited for Elliot’s book next and am looking forward to the new series with her and Coach Stetson. Overall, I definitely recommend this series to hockey romance fans, and I am looking forward to continuing it.
