This book is seriously life altering. I’m excited to see how this works after the 62 days. There’s a lot of information here! I happen to love her accent. Please look in the main menu for the PDF, it is most certainly there.

Do yourself a favor and go google the book and the pdf found it for free and then go to chapter 8 and start reading from there everything before that is just repetitive information about why it works and such. If you’re reading this for your mental health only then just skip the 140ish pages before.

This book is packed with great information, but because of that I’m ordering a copy of it. This may just be my personal opinion, but I found that I had to listen to certain things over and over again to understand. It was a great listen but personally I think I would get more out of it reading rather than listening. Overall I loved it and I do recommend it.

This book has great information, but I feel the publisher missed the mark when it comes to making this digestible for the masses. If you are in the field of neuro/psych this is less boring than a research paper, but not exciting enough of a delivery to make you feel inspired by the knowledge.

This needs a rewrite, humor, inflection of tone, etc.
