It was well organized, flowed well and didn’t dwell too long on any one point while still being thorough.
I think part of the battle with self improvement is motivation and following thru.

I've had this book in my library fora few months. however I've been feeling "icky", not depressed but down, like nothing at all was going my w pplay. My spirit just prompted to start it, and I have to say my mood proved by the end of the day. strongly recommend it.

It's so easy to get stuck in the rut of negative thinking. Sometimes I find myself there and at the time I didn't even realize I was heading down that path. It's easy to slide down that slope without realizing what's going on. And once you're there, it can be hard to get out. And you definitely won't get out without actively working to get better. This is a great guide to use when you realize you're in a bad headspace to get yourself to a positive place again. Love it!
