Just OK.

Not one of her best, I hope that this, first in the series was just to set up the characters and give a sense of how the island was laid out. I sincerely hope future plots will be more compelling.
The narration was quite good though.

Not as thrilling as I had hoped

Great narration and story line wss good, it just wasn't a page turner for me.

The story was hard to follow due to the narrator

The story was hard to follow, mainly due to the narrator whose tone didn't always match her words. I suspect the Kindle version would have been better.
I give this book 3☆s.
