[Synchronization reached 100%]... Begin Class Card Evolution?

A slum rat like Shouren doesn’t have much in life. He picks peaches to survive. Dreams of buying a [Common] Class Card one day. But even that hope is stolen from him. Broken, bleeding, and left for dead, Shouren crawls inside the dungeon—desperately reaching for the floating card in front of him.

And something awakens inside him.

A corrupted system fuses to his fractured soul, unlocking a long forgotten trait. A [Unique] trait that lets Shouren forge cards no one else can: Cards that evolve.

The world’s weakest class hides a secret that powerful factions would kill to control. And if Shouren doesn’t grow stronger fast enough? They’ll find him. Or worse...enslave him.

This is a new action-packed crafting progression fantasy featuring a unique card-based magic system, deckbuilding, legendary classes, rare evolutions, and more! Perfect for fans of All the Skills, Quest Academy, and Primal Hunter!

I'm not finished with the book (ch.14) but God almighty chill on the damn status reads. I'm honestly curious as to why so many authors fall into this bad habit. why do I have to keep hearing updates multiple times in a chapter when there hasn't been a change? In book form I'm sure this is more tolerable since you can skim over really quick, but audiobook form it becomes annoying real fast. update us when there is significant change or just read off the ONE thing that changed. Literally the grandma asks " what's your synchronization %?" and instead of saying 12% we get the whole status...fml. I'm not being dramatic here...I've put up with this in too many damn books now and you authors really need to curb this bad habit. I like rpg stat info too, but there is a right way and wrong way...a time and place you know?

Other than my rant, I'm liking the book so far and am looking forward to future books....with less status reads please. Quality over quantity

chill out on the status reads please

You should give it a read. The mc’s not an idiot, the card magic system is cool. The progression is fun and rewarding. Definitely worth a credit.

I liked it

Very good book but definitely needs to relax the status reads.. its not so bad in the beginning but about half way through you really start to take notice of how often it happens with pretty much no change in the characters status. The good news is the status sheet isn't something absurdly long so its only mildly annoying rather than torturous. everything else about the book is extremely enjoyable.

Excellent.

It’s a fun book but the MC tends to wander between genius and clueless in his introspection. There is also some repeated stat teams that don’t serve a purpose. Still looking forward to book 2 though
