Amazing pre-quel to a new series.

This is the first book I have ever picked up from this author. Her storytelling really captures your attention and keeps you enticed! However, the reason why I gravatated to this book was because the one and only JASON CLARKE was narrating!! He could easily read the ingredients to an artificial cereal box and you will pay attention and buy!! Liam and Divina's main character's story was an interesting one, but the author definitely paved the way for all of the other characters and their own storylines.

Only read this if you like totally ridiculous stories

This book was ok some parts good, not much of a romance book more of a mafia action book. A lot of the stuff was completely ridiculous and I had a hard time believing it so I just fast forwarded through a lot of sections of the audio book. If you’re looking for a lot of romance and angst, this is not the book. There was definitely some steam, but not a lot. It’s mostly about for college girls who do ridiculous things.

Eva Winners FREAKIN’ DID IT AGAIN! Corrupted Pleasure kicks off the Kingpins of the Syndicate series, and let me tell you—this book is 🔥 mafia romance gold. If you’ve read her Belles and Mobsters series, you’re gonna be obsessed because so many familiar faces show up, I see you Alexi and Sasha! You don’t have to read those first, but you absolutely should.

Let’s talk about Liam... older Irish mob boss? Yes, please. He’s dangerous, powerful, and completely gone for Davina—his daughter’s best friend. Yum. And Davina? She’s a total firecracker. Smart-mouthed, fearless, and not afraid to put Liam in his place. She takes no shit. Their chemistry? Explosive. The sexual tension? Unreal. The drama? Peak mafia romance.

I was hooked from page one— constantly laughing at Davina and her chaotic, badass crew, swooning over Liam’s possessiveness, and absolutely living for all the forbidden, steamy, holy-shit-did-that-just-happen moments. This book is a wild ride, and I didn’t want it to end. I actually listened to the audiobook right after because how could I not?!

Narrated by Angelina Rocca & Jason Clarke—and listen, Jason Clarke, YOU. OWNED. LIAM. 😮‍💨 Swoon city, population: ME. His Irish mob boss voice? HOT. AS. HELL. 🔥🔥🔥 He brought all the alpha energy, and I felt every possessive, growly, dirty-worded moment. Like damn. Angelina Rocca was a perfect Davina—spunky, sassy, and totally captured her vibe. The dual narration made this even better. If you love audiobooks, this one is a must. Absolutely worth the credit, I promise.

🔥 Final Verdict? Mafia romance PERFECTION. Liam and Davina are everything, and I need book 2 like yesterday.
