Great book for teachers and classroom managers.

This book was interesting. Understanding the psychological and mental aspects of how a classroom could be setup was enlightening. I remember the Fung Shui movement for basic offices well this takes it to another level!

Great Ideas

This is a book of great ideas for having a great school year. There are many good tips for creating a good learning environment and also things to avoid from her experiences! This is a must, especially for new teachers looking for good ways to get the school year started off right and have the best experience for the kids.

Great listen and well organized

My favorite thing about this audiobook is the conciseness. There are 25 short sections giving tips that when practically implemented, increase the engagement of students. My cousin is a 2nd year school teacher. I will definitely be recommending this audiobook to her.
