team Talon!

What a adventure this book took me on! Locklyn is a great friend and a badass women even without magic. She fights tooth and nail for the ones she cares about and never let's others keep her down. All she wants is to be the perfect match for her childhood crush so she joins a competition to win a magical item that will give her magic of her own. But it's not as easy as she thought. This was such a great book and cannot wait for book 2!

I Was Invested

I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed this Audiobook. So much so that I ordered a first edition hardcover. Excellent story, great characters and wow, that ending! Can't wait for the next.

Devoured this!

Oh my word! I devoured this book! I listened to the audiobook and the narrator was fantastic but the story was fairly well nonstop action. So much going on the entire time.
I was surprised when the ending hit. I really should’ve seen the signs, but I was too engrossed in the story to pick up on clues.
At any rate, this is a new favorite series for me and I’m desperate for book 2!

What's not to love?

A girl without powers surrounded by magic and creatures in a school setting. Our FMC throws herself into a rare and dangerous Chaos competition to get a chance at love. However, among the Trial participants there is also the fascinatingly mysterious Talon who arouses conflicting feelings. Hopefully the serie will be continued soon...

I can not wait until the second book and Audio is out!
The author and the narrator never disappoint!
