great book that makes for a framework that can be easily implemented.

This book and specifically the stories in it helped to solidify the practical way in which a company can apply the eight steps of David Friedman's cultural framework. highly recommended

where can I find the appendix?

very practical book. but there are a lot of materials in the appendix and I cant find it together with the audiobook.

This book clearly articulates how to create a culture based organization. This can bring value for the smallest to largest of companies.

Great ideas!

While I am not a CEO or leader of my practice, I found this book to be well read by the author AND full of great ideas that I can implement personally to be a better “leader” in my group. Definitely worth the time to listen to it!

Great way to start discover on culture system in your organization

This got my wheels turning in the right direction to begin discovery beginning a culture system. Great pre req! Only feedback is the readers voice cracks on every other paragraph making it cringe to listen too. It's like when an adult speaks to a child because they think they have to overcompensate their tone.
