Great read - insightful, but…

Really insightful read with a combo of strategic and tactical guidance. Could do without the chapter on the app, feels a bit ‘salesy’ for my taste in a couple small (quick) pockets. Wouldn’t let that deter you though - it’s otherwise absolutely worth the time investment.
