Strong Female Character

Love the story and the romance. Finally a strong sexy female character around strong men. The story is dark but also meaningful, there is tragedy and trauma as well as hot sex. Overall....very happy with it. Wish there was a series :-)

Let me just say Jacob Morgan and Muffy Newtown is great in this. Now that being said Mr. Aaron Shedlock stole the show for me with that accent. 👏👏👏👏👏.

This story has everything you could ask for: steam, romance, murder, thrill, friendship, and twist and turns! Loved every minute of it

Exceeds all expectaions

I go into M. Never's books with expectation that I will automatically like it. So far she has not disappointed me. Not only is her writing spectacular, she picks the perfect narrators for her books. I have been anticipating the release of the audio since the book released, and although I know it will make it's way on AE it doesn't matter because I am willing to spend money or use a credit for any book done by her.

Erin Mallon as the character Fallon is flawless, she is a bada** female assasin, torn between loving one man and taking down another.
Jacob Morgan as Declan nothing more to say other than it's Jacob Morgan with an Irish accent who is also a bada** assassin
Aaron Shedlock as March is Fallon's right hand, who's voice was also on point.

I have so much to say about this book but I am not one that will give away spoilers and the only way to really get into the story would be to do that. I will say read it, I am positive that you will love it as much as I did. It has suspense, drama, surprises and humor. I highly recommend this one and I will be listening to this one again because it is that good.

... AND FINALLY I CAN BREATHE AGAIN

Wow.. wow.. wow M Never you never just settle at giving unique unpredictable stories, never not blow me away with your layered plots and twists and you never ever disappoint me with your interestingly damaged characters.. but this book!! gah, well this book is on a whole new level of awesome. The suspenseful friction, loyal friendship, shocking secrets, seismic chemistry, delicious sexcapades, tension-filled drama, manipulation angst, heartfelt passion, bad-bad-bad bad guys, sad sucker-punches, strong femme fatale heroine and the oh so lickable alpha Irish hero had me riveted from the start. HOWEVER, for me, what absolutely had me visibly drooling was Jacob’s very sexy voice as he narrated the male parts and delivered a totally believable smooth Irish accent in the more natural easy-flowing duet style acting. Yes, I loved Muffy’s portrayal of the badass heroine Assassin and Aaron’s narration in the smaller handler/friend’s parts too.. but Jacob - man you rocked it!!

Worth a credit? It’s a rollercoaster of a romance that isn’t a quick fix and will need more than second-chances. It’s an emotional unpredictable journey where walls will eventually come toppling down. It’s a fast-paced dual POV tearing off and trashing of many many pages until they are both eventually and blessedly on the same one. It’s a tugging to and letting go until finally the sigh-worthy happily ever after. And YES-YES-YES, it’s definitely abso-f’king-lutely 100% creditworthy.
