Zane was done with fate. The Fates aren’t done with Zane.

Ezekiel Zane’s once-quiet retirement has rapidly become very complicated. His long-dead wife has returned as a banshee, and a manic-pixie goblin girl is working overtime to turn his life upside down. To make matters worse, a half-slime federal agent wants in on the action.

The Fates have other ideas.

When the shadowy Office of Eldritch Affairs recruits Zane and his women to investigate a surge of supernatural activity and a rampage of rogue shifters, he must confront a looming threat that challenges even his formidable resources. To defeat it, Zane must assemble a new band of mercenaries: wily sorcerers, old friends, and sword-swinging celestials.

Beset by bloodthirsty mutants and unexpected betrayals, the grizzled veteran must finally awaken all his old abilities, and potentially surrender what little peace remains in his life.

Dark City Girls 2 is an urban fantasy set in the Demon Hunter/Fateforged universe.

This is a series that I would strongly suggest you read. If you've enjoyed Isekai Emperor, Red Elf Ranch, an Trailer Paek Elf. although you can read each of those series on their own. Dark City Girls, does such a wonderful job of bringing them all together. I'm so happy I listened to and read them all, now just waiting for the next book in Dark City Girls and Trailer Park Elves. Great work .

I really have enjoyed the Dark City Girls series so far and really look forward to the next book. The story is great, the characters are great and they balance serious to comedy really well. The narration is amazing, but that goes without saying. Evan Jordan and Alyssa Poon are amazing and very talented. I hope the authors read this review cause gosh dang it I enjoy the universe you have built and genuinely enjoy that you have so many stories that take place in this world.

It's Great!

Love the dalton verse age gap story's the most. We get a book that ties in other Main story characters in the verse. It has plenty of well written action and spice.

Fantasy age gap awesomeness.

I loved learning about the general in all honestly good book adds to trailer park elves how ever read trailer park elves before this this book ruins a good character if you see them before trailer park elves if you know you know other issue is the desert eagle as a deagle fan 44 mag is freaking awful as the go to round it's 50 ae or nothing now if you wanna go extra nerdy go with a standard mark 19 you can more or less hot swap caliber on the fly between 50 ae 44 or 357 mag or the new cartridge im blanking on its basically 50 ae necked down to i wanna say 357 but I could be wrong other wise this book is over 9000 out of 10

lots of action how ever you picked the worst caliber to have a desert eagle chambered in
