Waste of time

Im giving this book a 1 star rating ONLY because on the authors website she said she wrote this book to answer “Many” unanswered questions left over from earlier books. However Only 1 was answered and the book just ended without a decent conclusion, leaving everyone with many more questions.

not necessarily enemies

Carpathian and mage. This phenomenal story covers both sides with amazing results. With a love devised by time itself and the shadows that bring it all together, strap in for one hell of journey!

No illusions!

The book reveal more secrets of the Ancients and Mages. A great read! Enjoyed it!

Very hot and exciting, wasn’t the best female’s behavior

I’ve read every book Ms Feehan’s written & loved them. This is one of two that I can’t give 5 stars too. Thou the female was technically more powerful than the male, he had to keep giving constant approval and encouragement to her. I realize she had been abused since being very little and seen a lot, but all Carpathian’s deal with harsh realities. The premise behind the story was great, loved the animals and their interaction, her behavior began to disgust me a little thou, but not enough to want to stop. It was a very exciting book, and some very hot sex, loved most of it.

Deep emotions

This is one of my favorite books from this series . In this story emotions created by experience play a big role . Experience who formed sadness , trust issues and more . The story is about understanding the partner and accepting this sad emotions not only good once . About the one love what can overwrite the ugly past and its sad emotions . Life is good with real love .
