voice actors should be chosen with the bias

there were moments I wanted to gouge out my ears when either of the voice actors took over. sometimes the female voice actress would pause after every single word, like she didn't know how to read a sentence, or like she was some kind of robot. it was exacerbating. as for the male voice actor, he wasn't bad... but he wasn't all that good either... kind of had some kind of weird whiny golden retriever type energy.

horrible narrarators

the male narrarator did not sound mean and gruff enough to be an mc member. just really unbelievable character. i couldn't finish it.

Great story but I didn’t really care for the voice acting.

I would have found the whole story more appealing if the voice actors weren’t voicing characters of the opposite sex. It’s a bit of a turn off hearing a guy trying to talk in a female voice especially in a romance novel, it just doesn’t feel very realistic. Would have been better if the voice actors just spoke their own characters lines regardless of who’s POV it was. And I would have picked a more rougher sounding voice actor for the guy. He sounds more like high school jock than a MC club member.

Too fast paced, bad dialogue

The plot itself is a good premise, unfortunately the dialogue and pace was not well done. The dialogue was very immature for the characters to be in their mid 20’s. While I don’t always need a slow burn, there was no “build up” at all. I’m not sure if it’s because there were two authors but there were a few discrepancies with timelines in this story. While I do love foreshadowing, this book was too apparent, so the ending of the book became obvious very early on.

Wonderful narrators

The audiobook narration brings the characters to life in a way that makes it hard to stop listening. If you’re a fan of suspenseful, steamy romance, this one is for you!
