Set in Alana Kay's Legacy Universe, this series overlaps chronologically with the Lost Legacy trilogy. While either series can be an entry point into the universe, listening to both will give you a richer look at the magical world they share.

Why Choose with Angels & Demons + MM!! 😍😍

OMG Alana Kay did it again!! She got me addicted to another series from her!! I absolutely love her other completed Why Choose paranormal romance trilogy called Lost Legacy and couldn't wait to check this new one out as well! We even get glimpses from the characters of the other series in this one since their worlds are all connected (but you don't need to have read her other series to listen to this one).

Ok so in Darkest Valley, we have a bad@ss angel FMC (who is a dancer in Vegas) and 3 hot men (a basilisk, a vampire & a demon) all fighting for her attention and ready to worship her. Best part is that the men are also flirting with each other and will become boyfriends as well throughout the series!! OMG I can't wait!! So expect ⚔️⚔️⚔️ later in the series. The author also mentioned on social media that we will have more MMCs (I think 2 more) added throughout the series so the harem will get bigger!! Hmm YES PLEASE!! 😍🥵⚔️

Book 1 is all about world building, getting to know the characters and understanding their story plus we have a whole plot full of action moving along nicely with good pacing that keeps you sitting at the edge of your seat. Plus obviously we have some hot spice throughout the book. Perfect balance of plot and spice in my opinion.

Ohhh and I absolutely love how the angel wings of the FMC are like mood wings and always change depending on how she is feeling! It's so funny how it keeps happening at the worse times too!

Book 1 ends on a cliffhanger (nothing too horrible) but book 2 is already available on KU plus the audiobook is coming out in April so I will definitely continue the series. Luckily all 4 books will be out by end on June on Kindle unlimited so we don't have to wait long at all to know what happens next. I'm running to read book 2 and then book 3 is coming out later this week!!! Wohooo!!

🎧 The narration for this book was amazing with FULL CAST narration. However it is dual narration and not duet but honestly the story was so good that it did not bother me. The female narrator Kelsey Navarro Foster is actually amazing and can do such a hot voice for the male characters when it is her POV!! 🥵
