Favorite Breed

I recommend this book to all Lora Leigh fans. The issues the female breed had to overcome to accept the love of her mate would have destroyed many. The love exhibited by her mate even though they were apart was fascinating to see. Excellent book!!!

I enjoyed and could understand the emotional thread that ran through the storyline. I especially could relate to the need to move on with your life when rejected and wanting to keep a distance because you've gotten past something and you don't want to fall back to where you once were. I love when books bring out feelings in a reader. It makes the story that much more realistic.

Seth and Dawn love each other but have so much to work on, they may not be able to get past it.

Seth and Dawn have major issues, Dawn was a very small 5 ft 2 in, a breed inlove but her past, she was abused physically like all the other breeds, plus hurt sexually at 6 yrs, 13 yrs, and 15 yrs :-( extremely sad, for 10 years Seth was able to move on a little from a brief kiss he had with Dawn, wasn't sure Dawn would ever heal... he was going to try and get married to another women, no way will Dawn accept that, she will fight for them, and mate him finally
