an unusual story

unlike most other AC books, this one is set in ancient Egypt. interesting and suspenseful but took a bit to adjust to the character names. narrator did a nice job

I’ve never listened to an Agatha Christie novel (a crime. I know) and started with this. It was recommended as further reading in The History of Ancient Egypt Great Course. And woah. Historically accurate and based off a REAL papyri journal this is amazing. Historical fiction at its absolute best. I was spell bound. I don’t think I have ever listened to a better mystery. 100/100

What made the experience of listening to Death Comes as the End the most enjoyable?

Well presented and overall good story. It's hard to have a poor Christie story.
