As I deal with a challenging adult child. I felt so alone. I came across this book by chance. It was so helpful and I truly felt I was not alone anymore.

Lots of good thoughts, but my daughter is not violent at least now

I think this would be a great starting point for anyone who’s just beginning to deal with this. My daughter has been mentally ill since she was 11. She is now in her mid 30s. Though she gets better occasionally I know never to count on it thank you Judith. I will use thisthroughout the years.
