A beautiful book with language that is heart wrenching and true. Boost for me reading this going through the end of a ten year relationship.

I have been following Heidi on YouTube for a while and every episode speaks to what I need to hear that week. When I look at the comments, I see that I am never alone. I can’t believe I just learned of this book! I listened to it in one sitting. It speaks to all kinds of love- self, new, old, lost and desired love. It can be read when recovering from the death of a loved one, or a break up. The chapters can be read alone or all as a book. Every chapter is beautiful. And sad, And hopeful. I will definitely be rereading it in the future.
