We often struggle to let some people go, especially when they made that decision. We question the universe, we question ourselves, and we question everyone around us but we never truly get our answers. Letting someone go takes time, patience, and commitment to actively stop ourselves from relapsing and thinking about that person again. The Art of Letting Go helps you understand why, how, and when you should let someone go so you can move on and never look back.

The automated voice of the self check out at the supermarket is less annoying than the narrator of this book. I’m sure it has some helpful, although trite, information; however, I couldn’t stand to listen to it long enough to get anything out of it because of the narrator.

Terrible narration

Short but powerful and effective book that immediately hits home, wakes you up, and gives you a boost.

Simple and to the point

I was looking for a book on how to deal with grief and a loss of a spouse. this was misleading

Not about grieving a death

This is just another typical book to reassure someone they’re doing the right thing in letting go. It comes off as a book giving the reader permission to move forward in their life. The only chapter that gave any good advice was the one about writing letters you would never send…that was actually helpful. Otherwise, generic.

This is helpful but for reassurance purposes only.

Nothing much to dislike, other than the narrator’s oddly robotic, monotone voice with occasionally odd inflections.

Seems like a compilation of quotes and Pinterest screenshots from a young person who meets their partners in bars/clubs. Nothing wrong with it, but not for a mature/experienced audience.

Average, generic
