There were some reviews that originally made me hesitant about this book, and sometimes you just need to make your own assessment. This book was good. I enjoyed the whole thing. Even had a couple life lessons included in there at the end. Give it a shot.

Good pacing, fun, tragic, redemption… just good

See how Mechanicum cope with Extreme trauma. And how much of a bastard an Eldar can be.

How Mechanicum cope with Extreme trauma. Delicious!

The narrator did a fantastic job, but the writing itself leaves something to be desired. Staggering amounts of sacrifice for nothing more than minuscule character growth, if it can be called that, make for a weak conclusion.

Great narration countered by mediocre plot

an poor protagonist follows a mostly forgettable cast in the story where a couple interesting things happen, but ultimately nothing changes. I don't hate this book I just don't like it.
