She hoped this girls’ trip would help her heal. Instead, it just might kill her.

Still reeling from her husband’s death, Courtney joins her three best friends on a secluded island in the Florida Keys. But the getaway meant to bring peace quickly spirals into chaos.

First comes a rumor about a woman who was recently killed on the island. Then the property manager is nowhere to be found. When a stranger shows up at the vacation rental and one of the friends goes missing, Courtney starts to wonder if they’ll make it home at all.

There’s no Wi-Fi. No cell service. No way off the island for five days.

But five days is too long to wait for help.

If Courtney wants to survive, she’ll have to fight for her life.

A riveting thriller that will keep you breathless with every twist and turn, perfect for fans of Stacy Willingham, Karin Slaughter, Noelle Ihli, Daniel Hurst, and Lisa Jewell.

A really enjoyable quick read! I love both the suspense aspect of this story all and the fact that it was pulled from all of the women’s pov’s! I love the detail that went into each of their characters, showed both their strengths and their weaknesses, and made each individual woman both flawed and yet still likable! This was a fun quick thriller sat on the island setting, and I loved everything about the setting and how it really played important part in the story. Loved the mangroves, beaches, coral and all the small island feels combine that with suspense and I was guaranteed a good time. This is my first book from this author, but I definitely will look forward to picking up more by her.

Each woman both flawed and yet still likable!
