Great story but…

The story is great, you don’t realize when you get invested. The narrator grew on me as well. Post production lacks as there is squeals, clicks, and repeated phrases, segments, etc.

This book surprised me the way it started I didn’t think it was going to be any good but even the narrator grows on you !!

Great story, poor reading.

the story was great, I was extremely disappointed though when Chapter 10 of the "Iron Bones" book was repeated in place of chapter 11.
the reader uses different voices for different characters, but then mixes the voices up while reading, the reader swaps words accidentally calling the name of the group by a character with a similar sounding name and vice versa. he pronounces gnome with a hard g. If it weren't for the poor reading the audio book would deserve a full 5 stars easily even with a substandard reading instead of it's beyond substandard. I'll avoid books read by this reader in the future and I'll be very disappointed if the other books are read by the same reader.
